r333 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the r333 website at r333.one, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the r333 platform, you ("User", "Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, guidelines, or policies published by r333 from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the r333 platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. r333 strongly recommends that you read them carefully and print or save a copy for your records. The Terms were last updated in June 2026. r333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time as described in Section 13 below.

2. Definitions

• "User" / "Player" / "you" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the r333 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the unique registered account held by a verified Player on the r333 platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's r333 Account, comprising real-money funds and any active bonus balances.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC document submission, required by r333 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before it becomes withdrawable as real-money funds.

3. Eligibility & Registration

1. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an Account with r333. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in online gaming is lawful under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction before registering.
3. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held within them may be forfeited at r333's discretion.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances.
5. r333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC) at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle. Accounts that cannot satisfactorily complete KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals and may be suspended.
6. r333 does not accept registrations from individuals who are self-excluded from gambling, either through r333's own self-exclusion programme or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme that r333 participates in.

4. Account Security

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r333 login credentials, including your password and, if activated, your two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any third party.
2. r333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. You must notify r333 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
4. r333 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all login and transaction pages. However, r333 cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for data interception by third parties outside r333's control.
5. r333 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where suspicious activity, including unauthorised access attempts or unusual betting patterns, is detected.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. r333 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the Account Deposit section.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are published within the r333 platform Deposit interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Deposits are credited to your r333 Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. r333 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions outside r333's control.
4. All withdrawal requests require satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to processing. r333 will not process withdrawals to any Account where identity has not been confirmed.
5. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to method availability. r333 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method if the original channel is unavailable.
6. r333 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which r333 accepts no liability.
7. r333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks, including source-of-funds verification, prior to processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Processing may be delayed pending completion of such checks.
8. r333 will not process withdrawals to any third-party account, including bank accounts or wallets not registered in the Player's own name.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

1. r333 offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 World Cup, UFC, and other events), live casino games, and online slots. Specific rules applicable to each product category are published within the relevant game or betting interface.
2. All bets placed on r333 are final once confirmed. r333 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred — including incorrect odds published due to a technical fault or human error — prior to the relevant event settling.
3. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game result, r333's decision shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
4. r333 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any individual Account, market, or event at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
5. Live dealer casino games at r333 are operated by independently certified providers. The outcome of all RNG-based slot games is determined by certified random number generator software and is not subject to manipulation by r333 or the Player.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonus Offers") offered by r333 are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
2. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your r333 Wallet and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
3. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not converted within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
4. r333 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Without limitation, the following are considered bonus abuse: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets designed to minimise risk and guarantee bonus clearing regardless of game outcome; coordinated betting patterns with other accounts; use of automated software to generate bets.
5. r333 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred, and to close the relevant Account(s) without notice.
6. r333 may at its discretion modify, suspend, or discontinue any ongoing promotion. Players who have already accepted a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r333 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the r333 platform or place bets;
• Exploiting known technical errors, pricing errors, or loopholes in the r333 platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gaming;
• Using funds from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source to make deposits on r333;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Accessing r333 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, where r333 has indicated it does not accept players;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards r333 staff or other users.

9. Responsible Gaming

1. r333 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All Players are encouraged to game responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.
2. Players aged 18 and over only. r333 employs age verification procedures and will suspend any Account found to be operated by a minor.
3. r333 provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and reality check reminders; cooling-off periods; and permanent or temporary self-exclusion.
4. Self-exclusion requests, once submitted, are applied immediately and cannot be reversed within the specified cooling-off period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account with r333.
5. r333 may, at its discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where player behaviour indicates a potential problem with gambling, without requiring the Player's request.

10. Intellectual Property

3. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any r333 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability
